This graveyard is the remains of the mentally ill that died at the hospital. My ex wife was a patient there several times during the early 2000’s. I would stop at the graveyard every day that I would visit her and leave flowers on some graves.
I asked the hospital staff who they were and was told they did have records of whom each person was by gravestone number. That would be interesting to research further
